"How to Look Punk," a pamphlet/zine that seems to date from about 1978. That’s Belinda Carlisle from the Go-Go’s in the middle and L.A. mainstay Pleasant Gehman on the left. (I imagine they got paid with Pink’s chili dogs for their modeling here.)
The pamphlet has tips about how to wear safety pins, how to do the Pogo, and other weighty matters of the day. Buttons that say “I Am Punk” and “Let’s Go Punkin” are recommended for men and women.
